The rental period should be at least min. 5 years
The kite spot can be rented with all the necessary licenses (projects) for a kite school on request and on a negotiated basis with building, bar, stand and internet presence.
Only the operator, i.e. the tenant, can obtain the necessary licences and registrations for the bar and catering.
The rent is a matter for negotiation depending on the tenant’s wishes.
The rental property has well over 1000 square metres with its own private sea access and beach. The size of the area can also be extended to 3000 square metres on request – depending on the objective and business orientation

Our kitesurfing school Stagnone Islands Kitesboarding & Wing School offers optimal conditions for kitesurfing enthusiasts in Italy.
Located in the south of the wonderful Stagnone Bay with direct sea access and views of the island of Mozia, the kite school with bar is right in the heart of the Marsala Lagoon nature reserve.
Lo Stagnone, Between Trapani and Marsala, less than an hour from Palermo and a few steps from Trapani Birgi airport.
Ryanair flies from Germany and Austria almost directly to the kite spot several times a week.
Easyjet flies to Palermo several times a week and the bus from Palermo to us takes about 60 minutes and leaves almost every hour.
You can hardly get to such a great kite area faster.
In addition to our certified kitesurfing courses, we also offer our bar with catering and a full range of services:
Showers, barrier-free toilets and sufficient parking spaces. Very close by, just a few steps away – there is also a large parking lot for campers directly by the sea from which you can reach our kite school in 5 minutes.
If there is no wind, you can also go swimming with us – this is only possible in the south of Stagnone due to the special characteristics of the kite area.
You can rent your equipment from us or bring your own.
If you wish, we can organize overnight stays in B&Bs, hotels or resorts in the immediate vicinity so that you can take part in our kite camp.
